Mighty Morphin Power Ranger in the name of Skylar Deleon said that he was guilty in the murders of Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks, a couple who owns a Yacht. That murder is a plot to steal the couple's yacht. OMG! A Power Ranger that turns into the dark side! Ouch!

Another point is, He was hospitalized after he attempted to cut off his penis in his jail cell, in the mental ward. Yay!

Bart Collision

Recently in Oakland California, there was a minor collision between two BART trains. It happened at the 12th Street Station in Oakland. And now, it is causing about 15-minute delays on the Richmond and Pittsburg-Bay Point lines. There's no casualties nor injuries reported.

Bennie Harden Wint Faked His Death

Bennie Witt is a man who managed to faked his drowning death nearly 20 years ago off a Florida beach. Whew! This thing was found out by a North Carolina police who stopped him for a traffic violation. He told the police that he faked his drowning death in Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1989. On that accident, he left behind his grieving fiancee and his 4-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. And now, after two decades, he has acquired a common-law wife and another child in Marshall, North Carolina. Why need to fake his death? Wint told the police that he faked his death in Daytona Beach, Florida, because he was "paranoid" about his narcotics-related activity at the time, Weaverville, North Carolina.

Because of malfunctioning lights on his license plate, he was pulled over in Weaverville on Saturday, the man (Wint) said his name was James Sweet. But when that police ran the name through official databases, he was unable to find any information.

The police found it suspicious and believed it to be a false name, so he arrested the man on first, suspicion of driving without a license and second, giving false information, those are both misdemeanor offenses, and booked him under the name "John Doe."

But "John Doe" finally opened up to the police, admitting that he was really Bennie Wint and that he had been on the run since 1989.

Deadly Monster Truck Promoter Death Video

This is such a tragic event. I know that all of you are familiar with a monster truck. Yup, big wheels and enormous engine! But, imagine a man crushed to death by this vehicle! How was that? Watch the video after the jump.

That tragic thing happened on a Monster Truck show promoter named George Eisenhart in Madison. The monster truck driver, John Stanley, didn't notice that George was on the road. John thought that he hit something, but the truth is, he hit SOMEONE!

The January 26 2009 Solar Eclipse

Solar eclipse? Yes! The annular solar eclipse of January 26 2009 will be visible across the Southern Ocean and Indonesia. Its annular phase runs from 06:02:39 UT, when the eclipse begins in the South Atlantic, to the end of the eclipse in the Celebes Sea at 09:54:44 UT. The maximum eclipse is at 07:58:39 UT, when the annular phase will last just under 8 minutes.

The partial eclipse will be visible over southern Africa, the Indian Ocean and most of Australasia between 04:56:38 UT and 11:00:41 UT. Here in the Philippines, the eclipse will be visible only in Zamboanga.

Joanna Pacitti auditioned for season 8 of American Idol in Louisville, Kentucky, in an episode which aired on January 21, 2009. Fortunately, she passed the audition and moved onto the Hollywood round. Wow! She is so good and talented!

Here are some so-called "Satelite Photos" of the President Barack Obama Inauguration Day on January 20, 2008. (Click here to watch Barack Obama Inauguration Speech Video replay online.) These people are really like ants! Whew! This is so great! This is produced by GeoEye-1. What is it?

GeoEye-1, the satellite that will supply Google with high-resolution imagery of the Earth, took a high-resolution photograph of the inauguration of President Barack Obama.

The satellite is expected to start producing data for Google in coming weeks, but in the meantime, this shot shows a bit more tantalizing detail about what will show in Google Earth and Google Maps. It was taken from 423 miles up as the 4,300-pound satellite traveled 17,000 miles per hour.

A closure to the entire Eraserheads saga?
The phenomenal ‘90s local rock act - The Eraserheads, will regroup anew in a concert dubbed as The Final Set. The Eraserheads will reunite for the second time on March 7, 2009 to settle unfinished business following the abrupt finish of their highly successful reunion concert last August 30, 2008 in Bonifacio Open Field in Taguig. Composed of Ely Buendia, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Ador, and Raimund Marasigan, the Eraserheads broke up in 2002. The band''s musical legacy grew more since the falling out.

On their last reunion concert, Ely unfortunately experienced chest pains and reportedly collapsed backstage. The reunion concert is a gift to the fans for their tireless support.

Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and Sylvester "Sly" Stallone Movie Team-Up, Soon!

Yes! That's right! World's best boxer, Manny Pacquiao and the icon of machismo and Hollywood action hero, Sylvester Stallone will team up in a movie. This announcement is according to Pacquiao’s Business Manager Erik Pineda.

Last January 6, 2008 in Los Angeles, Pacquiao and Stallone have met and talked about the plans regarding the movie. Also, some reports said that the movie isn’t about the story of a boxer(like some of you may think), but it’s something like Rush Hour by Jacky Chan and Chris Tucker.

The presidential inauguration is the official day that the President of the United States is sworn into office. The purpose of this inauguration? To honor the incoming president with formal ceremonies, including these three events:

1. Presidential Swearing-in Ceremony,
2. an Inaugural Address and,
3. an Inaugural Parade.

It will take place this coming Tuesday, January 20, 2009, in Washington D.C. on the steps of the United States Capitol. At this day, President-elect Barack Obama will take the oath of office.

A series of pre-inaugural parties has been organized to build momentum to the main event; one of them, to be held on January 18 at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel, will feature our very own teenage Pinay singing sensation Charice Pempengco! Yes! That's right! Charice Pempengco will performs in Barack Obama's Presidential Inauguration! Whew!

Is It Real That A Doomsday Comet Will Hit Earth In 2012?

The latest Nostradamus-driven hysteria is that a Doomsday comet will hit Earth in December 21, 2012. How true is this, is it real? Or, is it just bringing terror to the people?

We have received a lot of news like this before telling that doomsday will come to earth that will kill all the people and and world will be gone...etc etc etc! As a result of it, many people around the world became worried of their everyday living. Another point is that other people are very much focus on a human-made book of prophecies. Yes! What I am talking about is the writings of a famous man who can foretold the future(?). Of course, I know that you know who am I pertaining to. Yup yup yup, he was Nostradamus!

First of all, do you know who Nostradamus is? Fot those who doesn't know about him, I quoted what an online encyclopedia said about him,

"Michel de Nostredame (14 December 1503 or 21 December 1503 – 2 July 1566), usually Latinized to Nostradamus, was a French apothecary and reputed seer who published collections of prophecies that have since become famous worldwide. He is best known for his book Les Propheties (The Prophecies), the first edition of which appeared in 1555. Since the publication of this book, which has rarely been out of print since his death, Nostradamus has attracted an enthusiastic following who, along with the popular press, credits him with predicting many major world events."

Ok? Is it clear to you who is he?

As of now, the latest Nostradamus-driven hysteria is that a comet is going to hit Earth on December 21, 2012. Oops! It is not just a comet but a DOOMSDAY COMET, according to them. This is somehow entangled in interpretations of the Mayan Calendar which predict a comet collision, grand astronomical alignment, or some other cosmic makeover will happen to Earth on December 23, 2012. Yep, before their Christmas!

According to our friend Ray Villard,

he recently received an ominous e-mail from a Mayan calendar disciple: “The Mayan long calendar predicts 2012 to be the date the gravity of the planet Venus negatively affects the moon's lunar trajectory and causes disruptions in the weather patterns on the planet Earth. Known only as, and exacerbated by Global Warming. We need to re-engineer the moon's orbit back to a position agreeable with life on earth. This should be the sole focus of Global Warming talks and endeavors.”

Suffice to say that Venus’ gravitational pull on the moon in infinitesimal compared to Earth's pull. For all practicality both planet are nearly the same mass. But Venus, even at its closest approach to the moon, is 140 times farther away from the moon than the Earth is. Consequently its gravitational pull on the moon is nearly 1/20,000th that of Earth's. Astronomy 101 student can calculate this, without the need of the Mayan calendar.

In light of these doomsday predictions I was bemused this to see that a team of scientist is reporting that our remote ancestor of 12,900 B.C. may have had to face global cooling --rather than global warming -- as a result of a comet collision with Earth. I doubt that if the Mayans, Mr. Camping, or Nostradamus had lived before this event they would have predicted it.

Possibly the earliest Paleo-Indian inhabitants of North America, called the Clovis people, abruptly vanished. Many of the largest animals including mastodons, saber-toothed cats, ground sloths and giant armadillos went extinct.

Climate change has long been the culprit for the extinctions. Nearly 13,000 years ago the planet's emergence from the last Ice Age came to a halt, reverting abruptly to freezing conditions for another 1,500 years. Nothing of the size, extent, or rapidity of this period of abrupt climate change has been experienced since, say experts.

The debated smoking gun evidence for a cosmic collision comes from microscopic diamonds, called nanodiamonds. They are found in a rich sedimentary soil called a "black mat,” that dates back to nearly 13,000 years. Beneath the sooty layer fossils of animals are abundant. But just above that layer, the fossils disappear, along with arrowheads and other artifacts from the Clovis culture.

The heat and pressure from explosions in the atmosphere would have transformed carbon on our planet's surface into the tiny diamonds, say researchers James P. Kennett of the University of California at Santa Barbara and Douglas J. Kennett of the University of Oregon.

Their idea is that a comet broke into pieces while approaching Earth. In what must have been the mother-of-all fireworks spectacles, fragments burned up and exploded over a broad area of North America. There are no telltale craters. The researchers describe several Tunguska type explosions going off in sequence, carpet-bombing North America. Each blast would have lit up the sky, brighter than the sun.

Dust from the impact, combined with soot from continent-wide wildfires could have risen into the atmosphere, blocking sunlight to bring on a nuclear winter. With vast portions of the landscape burned, even those large animals that survived the sky bombardment would have died off as the food chain collapsed.

The idea of a comet breaking up is not conjecture. The so-called sun-grazing comets do often disintegrate into football-field seized pieces. In the early 1990s astronomers followed the breakup of comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 (SL9) by Jupiter’s gravitational pull. A total of 23 pieces of the comet slammed into Jupiter in July 1994. So-called crater chains are seen on the icy outer moons. These too must have been laid down by a string of comet pieces.

But a veteran of the SL9 event, planetary astronomer Heidi Hammel, recently told me that the idea of comet pieces barreling into North America all at once is pretty implausible. Impacts would have been scattered across Earth as our planet rotated, as we saw in the the SL9 bombardment.

So the bottom line is that no ancient calendar, scripture or soothsayer can predict what the cosmic roll of dice will deal us. And, evidence for past Armageddons can be pretty dicey too. Like a good insurance actuator, we can only look at probabilities, and even these are no all inclusive.

Oh, how sad! But don't be bother yet. Those are just SPECULATIONS! Again, this thing is not so sure, so don't panic! Ok?
