Perricone Weight Loss Diet
A lot of people are very conscious about their health. Here in the Philippines, my old relatives used to take a lot of vitamins, herbal supplements and a whole lot of capsules just to maintain good health. And even me, even though I am fat, I'm still dreaming of having a body. Hehehehe. But what shall I do to lose wait? Some of you may say that I'm an ambitious man, but it's true. Hehehe.
Then, I saw a book which is published on 2000 that discusses the proper diet we must have. It is entitled The Perricone Weight-Loss Diet which describes how a version of the face-lift diet introduced in previous books can also be helpful in losing weight without losing body tone. New supplement regimens are introduced along with an updated version of the salmon-rich Perricone diet, as well as several new recipes. Wow!
So for those who are looking for the best diet nowadays, this is the best one for you!
Go and enjoy!

Grandview Tople$$ Coffee Shop
Do you enjoy drinking a cup of coffee every morning, or any time of the day? Well, if you're enjoying doing it, then we have the same feelings about it. But how about drinking a very hot cup of coffee which has no top, in other words, tople$$! How was that? Do you imagine it? Hehehe.
Honestly, I'm not thinking of it. I'm worried of those money I will use to buy an expensive cup of coffee on those precious coffeehouse like Starbucks etc. I'll just prepare my own coffee in our kitchen. Hehehe. But do know that coffee was first consumed in the ninth century, when it was discovered in the highlands of Ethiopia? Yes, and from there, it spread to Egypt and Yemen, and by the 15th century, had reached Azerbaijan, Persia, Turkey, and northern Africa. From the Muslim world, coffee spread to Italy, then to the rest of Europe, to Indonesia, and to the Americas. Wow, That was awesome! And nowadays, with the help of technology, we are enjoying it even on our homes.
At this time, I'm adding some cinnamon powder on mine!

I Am Suffering From Youtube Fever!
For me, I know that this is not normal. I am sick, as in very sick. But the point is, its not affecting my physical condition unlike other illness which makes us physically weak. My emotional condition is still properly arrange.(How was that?) Even my financial status...Oh, not that topic! (Back to what I'm saying...) Those are the reason why I keep asking myself at these days, what is happening to me?
Just like those common illness out there, this thing has its own symptoms. For example, if you are suffering from flu, you may be experiencing things like chilling or being hot in body temperature. Or maybe, if you have colds, you sneeze a lot. But the symptoms of mine are very much different! How and why?
After waking-up, usually at eight o’clock in the morning, I used to do something I’m not doing before. With my still sticky eyelids, I will make my way to my computer in the living room and will turn it on. While the Operating System is loading for almost 6 minutes (Ouch!), I am washing my face with lukewarm water to eradicate those “morning glories.” Hehehe. Now that the OS is fully loaded and functional, it is now the modem’s turn. I will be waiting until the led lights inside becomes four. The first and second light is for the power and the LAN. The third one is showing that ADSL is working.(Am I right?) Next is the most important led light of all, the fourth one which will tell you that you are NOW CONNECTED to the Internet.
But all of those are just the symptoms.
The real issue happens after I opened the browser, and type the precious URL in the URL box. I am now typing…y..o.u…t.u….b….e..[dot]..c….o..m. I a now on the homepage and a sweat bead is flowing down from my forehead. Why? That is because; I know that once again I will spend another 12 hours on the third most-visited-website in the world(the link isn't working). *yawn*
I am now looking for the cure. Yes, I am suffering from YOUTUBE fever.

Am I Optimizing My Blog For A Flawless Google?
That is a question you must ask yourself, especially if you are in the field of blogging. "Why should I Optimize my blog for a flawless Google?" Since we all know that Google is not just a mere company, we should be aware that Google is doing everything to make their system perfect. In short, their programmers are brainstorming everyday just to create that so-called "Flawless Google!" Whew! Nobody is perfect but for Google's crews, their system must be perfect or flawless.
In accordance with it, your blog rankings is at risk too. How? As stated before, Google is updating its system regularly, fixing errors, debugging flaws and a whole lot more. Those updates really affect your blog. How?
Maybe at this time, you are posting articles using your targeted keywords, right? Yes, you have the best keywords, but the content of your article is not so relevant to what the people are googling for. That is the main problem you must to put your attention. Google updates includes checking the content of your article whether it is REALLY relevant or just targeting some low-dense keywords. So I tell you, maybe in the coming days, don't be surprised if you will not be on the first page of SERP! Thanks brother Marhgil for that idea.
So, what is the solution? As what have I told you, ARTICLE WRITING is the main concern. Writing quality and relevant posts. I agree with you that writing an article can be a daunting task. I find it that way too. Hehehe. But you must have creativity and a good command of the language in which you are publishing and you should aim to be as professional as possible. Got it!
As far as I know, keeping your articles length between 200 and 600 words will help a lot. But like what I always experience, I have nothing much to say on my blog, so what should I do? The best thing to do is to keep it for another day but always try to keep at least 200 words in each article post, OK? You should broaden some points of the article and explain it in more details so you can easily get more words written for your post to increase the number of words. Hehehe. But don't forget your valuable keywords!
If you ar asking me what to write about, my answer is simple. Any article can be a good content as long as it has benefited the readers in some way or another.
OK, so that's all for now and let's all optimize our blog for a flawless Google! Yahoo! :)

Eyes Like An Angel Smiles Like A Devil Lyrics
I am very curious about this thing too. Lots of visitors are visiting Marhgil and Jehzlau's post about eyes like an angel smiles like a devil lyrics. I dont know about this song nor its lyrics but I'm here blogging about it. So here it is: See the lyrics after the jump.
Thanks for the visit!
Simple Songs
by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Verse # 1
Simple songs about simple things
Is what makes my baby swing
Shes got eyes like an angel smiles like a devil
Man you know she’s the real thing
so
When my baby's not around
The whole world hears my poor heart pound
Cause
“Man you know that she’s the one for me”
Verse # 2
When I see that crazy smile
Makes it all well worth while
Love my baby can’t deny
Couldn’t hide it if I try
bridge
so at the end of the day I can clearly say
“she’s the only one for me”
no one else I’d rather see
nowhere else I’d rather be
verse # 3
than hangin’ with my baby tight
morning, afternoon & night
love that girl I can’t deny
couldn’t hide it if I try
Thanks for the visit!

Doodle 4 Google: What I Wish for the World
Today, they're announcing their second annual Doodle 4 Google contest in the U.S. Google doodles are the special "dressed-up" logos they run on their homepage for holidays and other events, and Doodle 4 Google is an opportunity for one child to have his/her artwork displayed on Google's homepage as a doodle for hundreds of millions of people to see. This year's theme is "What I Wish for the World," as they really want to tap into not only children's creativity but also what they want their future to look like.
They're very excited this year to be partnering with the Smithsonian's, Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. Since Cooper-Hewitt is focused on design and education and fostering the brightest design minds of tomorrow, they were a natural partner for Doodle 4 Google. Their partnership also means that this year's prizes not only include having your artwork on the Google homepage for a day, a college scholarship, and a technology grant for your school, but also having your work (and that of all 40 finalists) exhibited at a Smithsonian museum!
Most of this year's contest remains the same as last year's. (For inspiration, you can see Grace Moon's beautiful winning doodle "Up In the Clouds" in their Doodle Gallery). However, there are a few changes. First, they increased the college scholarship prize for the national winner to $15,000. They also added a $10,000 prize for the school district that submits the most high-quality entries. Finally, in partnership with Cooper-Hewitt, they will be celebrating the 40 finalists and announcing the national winner in New York City, to coincide with the opening of the exhibit. Please visit the official competition website for a full listing of all contest rules and requirements.
Only students from registered schools can enter, so teachers, if you want to participate please register your school by March 17, 2009. All doodles must be submitted by March 31, 2009.
So what are you waiting for? Summit your entry NOW!

Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run Video and Lyrics
See the lyrics after the jump.
In the day we sweat it out in the streets of a runaway american dream
At night we ride through mansions of glory in suicide machines
Sprung from cages out on highway 9,
Chrome wheeled, fuel injected and steppin out over the line
Baby this town rips the bones from your back
Its a death trap, its a suicide rap
We gotta get out while were young
`cause tramps like us, baby we were born to run
Wendy let me in I wanna be your friend
I want to guard your dreams and visions
Just wrap your legs round these velvet rims
And strap your hands across my engines
Together we could break this trap
Well run till we drop, baby well never go back
Will you walk with me out on the wire
`cause baby Im just a scared and lonely rider
But I gotta find out how it feels
I want to know if love is wild, girl I want to know if love is real
Beyond the palace hemi-powered drones scream down the boulevard
The girls comb their hair in rearview mirrors
And the boys try to look so hard
The amusement park rises bold and stark
Kids are huddled on the beach in a mist
I wanna die with you wendy on the streets tonight
In an everlasting kiss
The highways jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive
Everybodys out on the run tonight but theres no place left to hide
Together wendy well live with the sadness
Ill love you with all the madness in my soul
Someday girl I dont know when were gonna get to that place
Where we really want to go and well walk in the sun
But till then tramps like us baby we were born to run

Bacon Explosion Recipe
Bacon Explosion Recipe Ingredients:
2 pounds thick cut bacon
2 pounds Italian sausage
1 jar of your favorite barbeque sauce
1 jar of your favorite barbeque rub
Here are the Steps in cooking Bacon Explosion:
1. Create a 5x5 bacon weave square shape.
2. Add some barbeque seasoning on top of your bacon weave.
3. Take two pounds of Italian sausage and layer it directly on top of your bacon weave.
4. Next up is bacon layer number two. Take the remaining bacon slices and fry them up. These pieces are going to be a major part of the inner flavor of our sausage fatty.
5. Crumble or chop the cooked strips into bite size pieces and place on top of the sausage layer.
6. Separate the front edge of the sausage layer from the bacon weave and begin rolling backwards. You want to include all layers EXCEPT the bacon weave in your roll.
7. Once the sausage is fully rolled up, pinch together the seams and ends to seal all of the bacon inside.
8. Roll the sausage forward completely wrapping it in the bacon weave. Make sure it sits with the seam facing downward to help keep it all sealed up.
9. Cook your Bacon Explosion at 225 degrees in a constant cloud of hickory smoke until your Thermapen gives an internal temperature reading of 165 degrees. Then cut and serve.

Bennie Harden Wint Faked His Death
Bennie Witt is a man who managed to faked his drowning death nearly 20 years ago off a Florida beach. Whew! This thing was found out by a North Carolina police who stopped him for a traffic violation. He told the police that he faked his drowning death in Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1989. On that accident, he left behind his grieving fiancee and his 4-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. And now, after two decades, he has acquired a common-law wife and another child in Marshall, North Carolina. Why need to fake his death? Wint told the police that he faked his death in Daytona Beach, Florida, because he was "paranoid" about his narcotics-related activity at the time, Weaverville, North Carolina.
Because of malfunctioning lights on his license plate, he was pulled over in Weaverville on Saturday, the man (Wint) said his name was James Sweet. But when that police ran the name through official databases, he was unable to find any information.
The police found it suspicious and believed it to be a false name, so he arrested the man on first, suspicion of driving without a license and second, giving false information, those are both misdemeanor offenses, and booked him under the name "John Doe."
But "John Doe" finally opened up to the police, admitting that he was really Bennie Wint and that he had been on the run since 1989.

History of the Internet | How Did the Internet Began
Most of I.T. students are assigned to look and search for this topic, especially during their first year in college. Commonly, students will go to their school library and start reading different kinds of books about that topic. But, what if you just prepare a video and let the class watch it, instead of reading a book and copying what is in it? Yup, I have here a video discussing every single detail about the history of the Internet. This video will answer your biggest question, how did the Internet began? Watch the video after the jump.

Although its obvious that the current year 2009 doesn't ends with six(6), but this year, having six is one of the best. Yup, six six six six six six! Why?
Simple. First, it will drive traffic to your blog. Second, more traffic means more money. Hehehe. Got it?
But for those looking for six videos and s3x movies, you can look for it on youtube, metacafe, gofish and other video sharing sites. For six pictures and s3x images, just search for it on Google!

Obamameter, Obameter, Obama Promises and Politifact
Obamameter, Obameter, Obama promises and politifact... Are you familiar of those? Huh? PolitiFact has compiled about 500 promises that Barack Obama made during the campaign and is tracking their progress on our gauge that is called the Obameter. All I know is about Obama's promises and I compiled those here for you to read. Hehehe. Here it is:
* "give a tax break to 95 percent of Americans who work every day and get taxes taken out of their paycheck every week";
* "eliminate income taxes on Social Security for seniors making under $50,000";
* "give homeowners and working parents additional tax breaks";
* not increase taxes on anyone if they "make under $250,000; you will not see your taxes increase by a single dime –- not your income taxes, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains tax";
* "end those breaks to companies that ship jobs overseas";
* "give tax breaks to companies that invest right here in the United States";
* "eliminate capital gains taxes for small businesses and start-up companies that are the engine of job creation in this country";
* "create two million new jobs by rebuilding our crumbling roads, and bridges, and schools -- by laying broadband lines to reach every corner of the country";
* "invest $15 billion a year in renewable sources of energy to create five million new energy jobs over the next decade";
* "reopen old factories, old plants, to build solar panels, and wind turbines";
* build "a new electricity grid";
* "build the fuel efficient cars of tomorrow";
* "eliminate the oil we import from the Middle East in 10 years";
* "lower premiums" for those who already have health insurance;
* "if you don't have health insurance, you'll be able to get the same kind of health insurance that members of Congress give themselves";
* "end discrimination by insurance companies to the sick and those who need care the most";
* "invest in early childhood education";
* "recruit an army of new teachers";
* "pay our teachers higher salaries, give them more support. But ... also demand higher standards and more accountability";
* "make a deal with every young person who's here and every young person in America: If you are willing to commit yourself to national service, whether it's serving in our military or in the Peace Corps, working in a veterans home or a homeless shelter, then we will guarantee that you can afford to go to college no ifs ands or buts";
* "stop spending $10 billion a month in Iraq whole the Iraqis have a huge surplus";
* "end this war in Iraq";
* "finish the fight and snuff out al Qaeda and bin Laden";
* "increase our ground troops and our investments in the finest fighting force in the world";
* "invest in 21st century technologies so that our men and women have the best training and equipment when they deploy into combat and the care and benefits they have earned when they come home";
* "No more homeless veterans"; and
* "no more fighting for disability payments."
And this is what an Obameter looks like:
Hahaha. What do you think?

Now, who do you think will be awarded?
Is Internet a Threat to Wildlife?
Is the Internet hastening the demise of the wild animals? Hmm. Some animal welfare advocates believe that it is and that scores of other species are also at risk. At this time, illegal online trade is said to have increased as the Web itself has grown. Searches on English-language Web sites during a three-month period found "more than 6,000 illegal or potentially illegal wildlife items for sale," including turtle shells, elephant-bone sculptures, and even live black leopards.
What can we do to protect them?
What can we do to protect them?
Why Some People Are Suffering Online?
Online community Web sites allow people to establish relationships with a number of strangers via the Internet and reportedly to feel more popular. Such sites are also “a paradise for liars,” racists, busybodies, and the prejudiced, says Folha Online. Some site users fake their own profiles. Others bully those who are overweight, are short, have frizzy hair, and so on, causing them great emotional pain. According to Brazilian psychologist Ivelise Fortim, this occurs because “what happens on [Web sites] is more important to the victims than what happens in daily life."
Are you suffering from those too?

Britney Spears Feat. Joanna Pacitti - Out From Under
Lyrics:
Out From Under Lyrics
Breathe you out
Breathe you in
You keep coming back to tell me
you’re the one who could have been
and my eyes see it all so clear
It was long ago and far away but it never disappears
I try to put it in the past
Hold on to myself and don’t look back
I don’t wanna dream about
All the things that never were
Maybe I can live without
When I’m out from under
I don’t wanna feel the pain
What good would it do me now
I’ll get it all figured out
When I’m out from under
So let me go
Just let me fly away
Let me feel the space between us growing deeper
And much darker every day
Watch me now and I’ll be someone new
My heart will be unbroken
It will open up for everyone but you
Even when I cross the line
It's like a lie I’ve told a thousand times
I don’t wanna dream about
All the things that never were
Maybe I can live without
When I’m out from under
I don’t wanna feel the pain
What good would it do me now
I’ll get it all figured out
When I’m out from under
[Out From Under lyrics on http://lyricsmusicvideo.blogspot.com ]
And part of me still believes
When you ay you’re gonna stick around
And part of me still believes
We can find a way to work it out
But I know that we tried everything we could try
So let's just say goodbye
Forever
I don’t wanna dream about
All the things that never were
Maybe I can live without
When I’m out from under
I don’t wanna feel the pain
What good would it do me now
I’ll get it all figured out
When I’m out from under
I don’t wanna dream about
All the things that never were

Notable Messages To Charice Pempengco By Fans
This girl is really a great Filipino singer! A lot of people from different places around the world keep shouting, "Awesome!", "Wow!", "Very nice!" or maybe "Keep it up sis!" on her videos in U.S.. Whew! As of now, I am reading some posts on different blogs that is related to Charice, especially this one which is said-to-be her Official Site. From that, I've noticed that there are some people who are seriously telling something or making an advice to charice, and they are hoping that Charice will pay attention to them and listen. Hmm. Are they her advisers? I guess not. Hehehe.
Here are those notable concerns, advises and comments:

Hehehe! So those are some notable comments I found recently. All comments are from here!
How about you? What can you say about her?
Here are those notable concerns, advises and comments:
From archeryRich(Philippines):
Charice,sana nagbabasa ka talaga ng mga message dito. May importante sana akong gustong iparating.
WE NEED CHANGE. Kailangan maiba na ang mentality ng mga Pinoy. Sana maintindihan mo,para sa’yo din ito. Kung gusto mo talagang sumikat sa buong mundo at matulad kina,Celine Dion, Mariah Carey etc. Hwag mo masyadong i-attach yung sarili mo dito. Maiintindihan namin.OK.
From Tomy(Indonesia):
Charice i forget to say that im from Indonesia…
and im totally love u..
i love when u sing, u really like an angel..and ur voice can make me happy whatever i do and anywhere i am.
hope u will come to Indonesia, coz i really want to meet u…

Love u…^.^
From Mercenario Busch(Germany):

O diba may meaning e…
We lov u charice forever!

Apply For A Job In Canada Now!
Huh, the Obama trend is over. Hehehe. I have posted a lot of things about it and keep updating it. Now, lets focus on some important things. Yup, the same with the title of this post, you should apply for a job in Canada now! Why? Simple. Far from family. High salary!
For a jobless like me, this thing is very important. Hehehe. I finished school last October 2008 and I am waiting for our graduation on March 2009. What am I trying to say is that, till now, I dont have work!!!! And it hurts!!! As for me, I'm not planning to work there, but I do like helping people to have their own stable jobs! Whew! (a public service from Batangas Online. Toinkz! LOL!).
If you are planning to migrate or work in Canada, here is a summary of the do’s and don’t for overseas jobseekers:

If you are planning to migrate or work in Canada, here is a summary of the do’s and don’t for overseas jobseekers:
Do's
- Do visit the various Canadian job websites BEFORE deciding to emigrate to familiarize yourself with the job opportunities in your field.
- Do apply for your permanent residence visas. Very important. Prospective employers will ask about your immigration status and having your residence visas (or at least being in the application process) is a prerequisite for most Canada job vacancies.
- Do start applying for advertised vacancies from OVERSEAS, but only 1 to 12 weeks before a possible start date or a visit to Canada.
- Do send a "cold" letter of application and C.V. to EVERY potential employer and recruitment agent in the region of Canada you intend settling in to let them know that you are available..
- Do prepare your C.V. in the Canadian style and write a short but clear covering letter confirming that you have been granted permanent residence visas (or that you have been assessed as eligible and are in the visa application process).
- Do provide a Canadian postal address and Canadian mobile/email address in your C.V. where possible.
- Do visit Canada or arrive permanently (once your visas have been approved) to attend job interviews, as very few employers will engage candidates on a “sight unseen” basis.
- Do make a positive impression in the interview, be flexible and have copies of your residence visas and references available for employers to sight.
Don'ts
- Don’t apply for job vacancies OR visit Canada for job interviews more than 1 - 12 weeks away from a possible start date. Employers will not be interested.
- Don’t expect everything to work like home. Be flexible and willing to fit in with local ways of doing things.
- Don’t expect a job at the same level or higher than you had overseas. You may lack Canadian local knowledge and may need to take a step back in order to advance later. Wait one year.
- Don’t expect the same salary or more than you had overseas. The cost of living and income tax rates are lower in Canada than many other western developed nations, so look at your NET INCOME not the gross amount.
- Don’t expect a job offer in the first week. On average, it can take native Canadians 1 – 8 weeks to find a new job.
- Don’t “over negotiate” the contract with your first employer. Be flexible and understand that employment law and contract terms may be different in Canada.
GeoEye-1: Specifications, Satellite Images and Technical Information
We became familiar with this thing when it featured us some "Satelite Photos" of the President Barack Obama Inauguration Day on January 20, 2008. Yup yup yup! That satellite is one of the greatest imaging satellite I've know. But wait, let's stop calling it just a satellite because it has its name! Yes, of course! Hehehe. It is called the GeoEye-1, and if you're looking for some information about that satellite, Wikipedia will give you the answer. But aside from Wikipedia, I'm here also to introduce you this great machine.
